Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents, setting clear performance expectations, and providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and providing top-notch service.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to make informed business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of more than 3 years as a Sales Manager.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with previous experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing.
